End the Juggle Struggle

A no-nonsense podcast for busy women terrified of dropping the ball.

Sign up to be the first to hear when we go live!

There’s so much to do and no one else to do it.

Work seems to be the only thing on the agenda these days. Plus, overtime, weekend work, chores, and errands. Running from place to place and thought to thought doesn’t leave time for much else.

Let me guess. This way of living is getting as old as those leftovers in the back of your fridge. You can barely get through answering an email without remembering you need to do something else. You can’t sit still to watch a television show without checking your phone or getting up to add one more thing to your to-do list.

If you’re honest, you feel resentful, bitter, and disconnected from others. Hell, you feel disconnected from yourself. You don’t want to be seen as lazy, selfish, a failure, or irresponsible, but juggling your responsibilities is becoming more difficult.

What if dropping the ball… isn’t as bad as you think?

Imagine living life with intention and alignment - where you’re selfless, responsible, and have energy. Oh my.

Relaxing on the sofa while totally immersed in a great book. Noticing the tension in your shoulders melting away like ice cream on a hot summer day. Laughing and catching up with friends at a local cafe.

Imagine if you had a choice. Returning that email now or waiting until it’s a better time for you to respond. Those dishes in the sink…they’ll get done after you watch an episode of that Netflix series everyone’s talking about. You can soak up all the connection, energy, and motivation you’ve been craving.

And do it guilt-free.

Hello there, it’s Sheila!

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, recovering overfunctioner, and your host of end the Juggle Struggle.

Soooo, how’s it going juggling all of those balls? Are your arms tired yet?

Yep, I see you trying to do effing everything on your never-ending to-do list. And I’m gonna guess you probably don’t allow yourself to have fun until it’s all done.

It takes one to know one.

Before I realized I could actually put a ball down without my world ending, you’d find me at the pool with sunscreen in one hand and a stack of files in the other. That’s IF I even made it there because, well, laundry, dusting, and yard work. I felt guilty and irresponsible for just lying by the pool because there was so much to do.

I started this podcast because there are ways to be both productive and experience the freedom of guilt-free relaxation and connection.  You can choose to take a meandering walk or meet a friend for lunch instead of working on your business.

Ready to lighten your load?

I know what you’re doing isn’t working, but you don’t know what else to do.

Enter End the Juggle Struggle, a podcast that will empower you to go from frustration to freedom.

It’s time to take your life back and say buh-bye to guilt and overwhelm.

When you tune in to End the Juggle Struggle, you’ll learn how to:

  • Experience freedom. It’s not all about work, work, work. Oh yea, it’s possible by gaining the know-how to implement more balance in your life.

  • Integrate more of what matters. That means making space for laundry (and the mundane things, uh hmm, bills) cause they happen. And also having the time and space to do the things you love, like reading Sarah J. Maas novels. (you’ll thank me later).

  • Form better relationships. With yourself, others, work, and free time. You get the picture.

  • Build confidence and self-trust. Because who doesn’t need more of this in their life? Yes, please.

  • Implement real-life boundaries. (I see that face you’re making. Stop it! They’re not that scary).

This podcast is your gateway to living a more aligned and purposeful life free from overwork, overwhelm, and endless people-pleasing.

Rest your tired arms, put the balls down, and tune in to
