Divorce & Break up Support Group.

Breaking up is hard to do.

If you’re going through a divorce, recently divorced, or have recently experienced a break-up and you’re having a difficult time, this may be the group for you.

Breaking up is rarely easy - even if you want it and even if you’re better off. Your emotions and feelings can either be at an all-time high, you feel incredibly numb, or a combination of both.

You want nothing more than to “get over it” and “move on” with your life. But it seems like the peace, ease, and confidence you’re searching for are too far in the distance even to glimpse.

Enter the divorce and break-up support group where you can lean on one another while learning to take care of yourself all in a supportive and confidential setting.

The benefits of joining.

Knowing you're not alone

It’s one thing to know that there are other people going through a break-up and a divorce who are also struggling with a tsunami of unexpected feelings. However, there’s an, “YES! Me too! “ moment” that elicits comfort and understanding when you’re actually in the same room with those same people.

Learning from others - in real time

Everyone has a different way of coping. A support group allows you to ask questions of others, learn what each other are doing that works, and come up with new and improved ways of moving on through this season of your life.

Curated topics that address your needs

We’ll talk all about the topics you want to know about the most. Like navigating your sadness, overthinking, anger…and all the other emotions. I also want to hear from you and will offer other topics based on your specific requests.
