Hi,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I am also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Parenting Coach, and Polyvagal Theory–certified practitioner.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with developing a deeper understanding of ourselves—our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, values, and the experiences that have shaped us.
I am especially drawn to working with thoughtful, motivated individuals who may appear to be doing well on the outside, yet sense that something deeper is calling for their attention.
Perhaps life has become more about accomplishing, managing, or meeting expectations than about feeling genuinely connected to yourself and the life you are living.
My approach is integrative and whole-person, drawing from my background in clinical psychology, health and wellness, parenting, and nervous-system regulation.
I believe therapy is both a place for healing and an opportunity for growth—a space to develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns that may no longer serve you, reconnect with your values, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
I strive to offer a relationship that is compassionate, curious, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection.
Family is a priority in my own life, and I value the relationships and experiences that make life rich. Outside of my professional work, I love walking on the beach, being on the water, going to the movies, reading, and—most of all—laughing and spending time with family and friends.
I am also a Level 2 Raw Food Chef and trained in STOTT Pilates, reflecting my longstanding interest in the connection between how we care for our bodies and how we experience our lives.
I believe a fulfilling life is about more than what we accomplish or how closely our lives align with society’s definition of success.
It is about feeling connected—to ourselves, to the people we love, and to what gives our lives meaning.
My hope is to help clients create a life that feels not only successful, but deeply authentic, purposeful, and alive.
